Happy New Year 2008
Spent a good part of the day making Thank You cards. They are time consuming but everyone who receives them is very touched.
Speaking of being touched, all my co-workers at the Library were very touched by our Branch Manager's gift. She let everyone pick either a shawl or scarf from the ones she had knitted all year long. There are 20 of us. Wasn't that so special!! I picked this beautiful shawl. I was glad I had a shawl pin. This past December Connie and I found these great pins at Hancocks Fabrics. After dinner tonight I was hoping to go by Hancocks but they were closed for New Year's Day.
